PageWatch is a B2B Chrome Extension that monitors web pages for changes. You install the extension, add URLs you want to track, and our cloud infrastructure (AWS Lambda, SQS, S3, and SES) checks those pages on a recurring schedule. When content changes, you receive an instant notification via email or Slack with a detailed diff showing exactly what was modified.
PageWatch is built specifically for B2B use cases. Unlike consumer-grade alternatives, we offer smart content filtering that ignores dynamic elements like timestamps and ads, team sharing capabilities, multi-channel notifications (email and Slack), and a visual diff viewer designed for business workflows. It runs as a Chrome Extension with cloud-based checking, so your browser doesn't need to stay open.
No. PageWatch uses AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda + SQS + S3) to perform scheduled page checks. Once you add a URL, monitoring runs entirely on our servers. You can close your browser, shut down your computer, and still receive notifications when changes are detected.
Security is a top priority. PageWatch uses Google OAuth via Supabase for authentication — we never store or see your Google password. All monitored URLs and page snapshots are stored in Supabase and S3 with encryption at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure runs on AWS with strict IAM policies and isolated per-tenant data access.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can downgrade from Pro to Free at any time from your account settings. Your billing is managed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, so you always have full control over your subscription and can manage it from their customer portal.
PageWatch can monitor any publicly accessible web page — competitor pricing pages, job listing boards, regulatory or legal pages, product changelogs, vendor documentation, government tender portals, and more. You can also select specific content regions on a page to monitor only the section you care about, reducing false alerts from unrelated page changes.
All payments for PageWatch Pro subscriptions are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. They handle payment processing, tax calculation (including VAT/GST), invoicing, and subscription management. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. You'll receive a receipt from Lemon Squeezy for every payment.
