PageWatch — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to PageWatch ("Service"), a web page change detection Chrome Extension operated by PageWatch ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

PageWatch is a B2B SaaS platform that provides automated web page change monitoring. Users install a Chrome Extension, select web pages to monitor, and receive notifications when content changes occur.

3. Account Registration

  • You must sign in using Google OAuth to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years of age

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Plans

  • Free Plan: 3 URLs, 6-hour checks, email notifications, 7-day history
  • Pro Plan: 15 URLs, 1-hour checks, email + Slack notifications, full history, diff viewer — $9/month

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Prices are in USD
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Monitor pages you do not have the right to monitor
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the Chrome Extension, backend infrastructure, algorithms, and branding, are owned by PageWatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
